Email Forwarding

To stop a specific job-search-related sender from sending you mail:

If most of the email Resume Rabbit forwards you is fine, but a particular job-search-related sender consistently sends mail you don't want, there are a number of ways you can limit or eliminate the mail you receive from them:

  • Look for instructions in the email on how to opt-out of receiving that mail. (usually at the very bottom of the email), or
  • If a job board sent it, log into your account on the job board (instructions below) and look for "mail settings" where you can specify if you'd like to receive mail. (Many job boards offer this), or
  • Log into the job board and cancel your account with them completely, or
  • Email or call the sender and ask them to stop sending you certain kinds of mail. (For job boards, make sure to provide them your username).
  • Consider setting up a junk email filter within your email software.
  • If none of the above options work and you would like to report a specific email as spam, click here.

Finding your login information for a specific job board:

When Resume Rabbit posted your resume on multiple job boards, we didn.t. necessarily use the same username and password on each site. You can find login information for each job board by visiting your Resume Rabbit Online Posting Report. To do that, simply:

  1. Login to the ResumeRabbit.com Service Center (click here to login)
  2. Enter your Username & Password to login
(if you don't know them, follow the instructions on the login page)
  3. Click the link labeled "Real-Time Posting Report" and follow the directions.
